whats the difference between oomo 30 and moldstar ?

OOMOO 30 has a Shore hardness rating of 00-30, which is about as squishy as a gel shoe insert. Moldstar 30 is a hardness of Shore A-30, which is closer to pencil eraser hardness. It’s confusing, but there are 2 Shore hardness scales and a 30 on one is very different from a 30 on the other. In the description when it talks about hardness, pay attention to whether it says Shore A or Shore 00.

What color is this silicone? Can I use mica powders to color it

It is blue when mixed, and very opaque, so I doubt powders will be able to color it much if at all. If you're looking to label your molds, I've 3D printed mirrored text using a raft, and set it into the mixed material. It floats, and pulls away cleanly once the material is cured. If you want a platinum cure 2 part silicone around shore-A 30 you can color, I might suggest DragonSkin 30 or Platsil Gel-25.
