Apparently, this is one of the most investigated supplements. People use it for the gym,it is also good for cognitive use aswell,but only afterthe muscle has had its fill. Most people take 20 grams a day of you're. " loading" ; do your research. This is the good stuff.

The amount taken daily, has been halved to half a scoop. It's a pity that a scoop that measures that amount is not provided, ( the original scoop is provided which is a large scoop ).
