While equipment is designed excellently and provides good resistance for muscle building,Only few things,1. if you can add more than 3 slots in bench press equipment, in case if people want to buy more bands and systematically increase the resistance.2. Also in workout guide it would more preferable to have muscle specific exercise, for example one page for chest, another for shoulders, currently it is written in context of your equipments how to use the rod, etc buyers might struggle to get find equivalent exercise of what it would be in gym. So instead having instruction about the usage of equipment, you can relate it to gym exercise, for example how to use your equipment which will be equivalent to the gym exercises.Else it is great design for home work out, I would highly recommend to people who have busy schedule and can't go to gym

As someone who has used weights to train for many years this product got me interested. I've tried bands before but never had enough resistance for them to be effective. This however was totally different. My first attempt I realised I had to remove some of the bands as I couldn't move it and I bench 120kg. The amount of different exercises you can do is fantastic. Also it really needs to be said this is a quality piece of kit, unlike other resistance band kits on the market. This really is worth the money. I'm very happy with it and can't recommend it enough.

Firstly the price of £170 for the full kit is very steep. For the same price you could fund a gym membership for nearly a year. Having said that, with the current climate it’s so much better than having to buy several different dumbbells & machines etc that will cost a lot more. The items are all of very good quality. Have tried nearly all exercises advertised and they all feel authentic, really surprised actually. The only flaws is the price & I would’ve liked the chest band to have been variable in width and not a one size fits all as it can get a little uncomfortable after a while. But I seriously would recommend this

Good portable gym, not had any issues with it

When purchasing this equipment I was a little hesitant. With so many gimmicks out there I was in 2 minds. Once it arrived I put it straight to the test. I was very impressed and it gives a good workout targeting the muscle groups. The resistance is quality. Nothing is better or going beat going to the gym. But, if your in a position where time is tight and struggling make the gym. I would say this is the next best thing 👍

Excellent home gym experience all neatly packaged.The resistance straps really do give you a good workout. Using the bar allows you to undertake different routines.Instruction booklet shows you many workout routines, however, you can view many reviews, workouts on YouTube.Worth the money. Do make sure you choose the correct coloured bands that will suit you best. Each colour has a different resistance.

If you are considering solutions that have platforms in it, as I did - you don't need it. This is amazing high quality solution, that doesn't take too much of weight or space in your check-in, or almost exactly half of allowed weight in carry-on.And yes, most importantly you can do serious workout with Innstar! No it doesn't replace gym, nothing does, but if you are on the road all the time, or just like to workout at home this will do 90% job for you.What I really like is how they nailed the weight classes, I feel that they are matching well weights in the gym, I package that I choose is perfect for me.For anyone who's always on the move but wants to keep up with their fitness, this portable gym is a no-brainer. It's perfect for squeezing in a full-body workout, whether I'm in a tiny hotel room or chilling at a park. Totally a game changer for not just staying in shape, but making serious progress on the go. I almost didn't buy this because there are a couple of old photos showing the ends of the bar broken off. The manufacturer must have changed their specs because there is NO WAY the bar I have is going to come apart with even hundreds of pounds of force applied, and I've tried.I use this with HEAVY resistance bands, like the X3 Elite range, doubled over for deadlifts. This bar can easily handle the load. I bought heavier carabiners to accommodate thick bands, but the swiveling eyelets handle that easily. Just a tip, be sure your carabiner is completely closed before you place a heavy load on any band. The exposed threads will cut any band under high tension instantly.This bar does require you to unlock a carabiner to change bands, so things like the Harambe bar or the X3 have an advantage in that regard. The width is so much more comfortable for a variety of movements than the X3. I can use a short bar, but I really prefer this. The biggest benefit is probably in the chest press (where the added length gives resistance earlier in the movement), and in the deadlift (where the hand position is more like a barbell). The foam grip is durable and comfortable.If you are wondering whether to spend hundreds of dollars on an X3 system and you are concerned about all the complaints people make about shredded bands, just get this bar, a good set of bands, and one of the many 3rd party footplates out there. You might have to google a bit to figure out what I'm talking about, but if you are familiar with X3 you will get what I'm talking about...EDIT: After closer observation, the bar does flex very slightly during heavy deadlifts with bands doubled over, but I see no sign that the bar could actually fail. This is the equivalent of hundreds of pounds of weight. Still a very useful bar.

I purchased this set so I can work out and not have to buy expensive equipment that I do not have room for in my little house. Little did I know that the bands would be too strong for me. I will keep the set I purchased because I know my husband will use them. I will have to buy a lighter band set for myself. The system is clever and very versatile. I definitely see the value in this work out system.

I have purchased several resistance bands in the past. I never really got into it because it always felt awkward. This bar changed my use of resistance bands. Without having to buy a curl bar, I am able to hit my biceps pretty hard and get a good sweat going on. I love the low price entry on this. The hooks on the end are very sturdy. I use a 100 pound band for my curls and I have no concerns with the strength of the bar or hooks. This is a great product and someone who just needs something easy at home would benefit greatly from this equipment.
