Medicated Lotion - 0.5oz Tube

My granulation tissue turned black (like a scab) and did fall off with only two treatments. I used very little (the size of the tip of a ball point pen) applied with a cotton tip applicator directly to the protruding tissue only after showering and drying the area completely. It does sting me yet so did hydrocortisone cream 1%. Granulotion worked lightning fast compared to hydrocortisone 1%. I only applied the lotion once a day. Now after two treatments and waiting 24 hours with no treatment I can see a teeny bit of granulation remaining. Just a tiny bit more should knock it out. With how well this works for me and how quickly it works I expect this very pricey tiny tube to last a very long time. Pros: Effective, fast, very little needed Cons: Expensive & stings a bit Would I purchase again? Absolutely!

I have a g-tube and granulation tissue was killing me! So painful. Someone in a feeding tube group I was in recommended this. I was hesitant because of the size of the tube vs. the price but WOW! I got it, I tried it and I am SO pleased. It does NOT take much. This tube will last a while. After just one application my granulation tissue was reduced by about 85%! There was some slight pain but it was short lived and didn't occur after the initial application. I am really happy with this. I am no longer in any pain due to the excess tissue. I am so happy I have this. I'm going to mention it to my doctor so he can recommend it to other patients with tubes!

Took a week before I started noticing a difference but now it is completely and no more hypergranulation tissue. My son’s doctor for his gtube is two hours away and we couldn’t just up and go to get it fixed with two other kiddos. So I tried this, it was a bit expensive but it works so it was well worth the money for my little guy

This product has been great for granulation around my adult son's GJ tube. His tube is very close to a midline incision. My son is prone to irritation beneath his tube because I have to keep his GJ tube heavily dressed. Still, with such a challenging course of surgeries leading up to his GJ tube, I was hesitant to use this product. I didn't want to risk a trip to Wound Care if things worsened. Fortunately, my worries didn't manifest. Results were clear after only one use. After cleaning the area (of course), I dabbed a little of this cream on the somewhat bloody granulated "puff," and then I placed a Biotain foam dressing underneath the GJ disk. I wasn't sure if it would absorb the product or not, but it's what I usually do. I dress the GJ tube further with a foam dressing on top-- again, because my son will keep swiping the tube. Either way, after all is done, his dressing remains in place for a week. I mention this so it could be clear this product was successful without constant reapplication, and while coupled with a foam dressing. If this is your situation, give it a try. I consider it a staple now.

This product burned me! It felt like the inside of my stomach was burning and I followed the instructions. Very unsatisfied. 😭

My daughter has had granulation tissue around her g tube since she first got it placed. When she started to learn how to crawl, the g tube would get caught and drag on the carpet, causing friction and irritation, which led to even more inflamed granulation tissue. It got to the point where the button couldn’t be spun anymore and she was clearly very uncomfortable. I bought this lotion and it shriveled up the new granulation growth in 2 days. I left it alone for a few days and then applied again to the granulation tissue that has been there since it was first placed and that is all gone now too! I’ve been putting neosporin on it twice a day since and haven’t had any issues with it returning. But if it does, I know I can trust this lotion to help clear it up! Yes it’s pricy but a little bit goes a long way. I can’t imagine using this tube up quickly.

OMG…. This is magic.. I had suffered with my baby’s granulation tissue for moths. This cream got rid of it in just 12hours or less. I put it in evening and morning the thing fell right off. Still amazed like 😳😇🤩

I’m a nurse with a toddler who has a g tube. We had issues with granulation tissue at first but this knocks it right out. Kind of amazing considering the list of ingredients. I didn’t need it long enough to justify looking for a dupe but I’m sure there must be one. It’s expensive but a little does go a long way and you don’t need much. Worth it ultimately to help her adjust to the initial discomfort from having the tube. Now we’re all healed and my daughter has no granulation tissue to speak of. Your doctor can also prescribe triancinolone ointment to help if insurance will cover it and that should be a lot less expensive.

Works well but burns sometimes

Very pricey so I was worried. However it works so well!! Worth it!

Amazing! So much better than using silver nitrate sticks. Works so well to not damage healthy skin and only targets granulation tissue. Would absolutely recommend!
