I was looking for a heating pad to help relieve some of the pain. This one does a pretty good job. It’s very soft and there’s pretty good coverage. It heats up quickly and if you need it, the High temperature gets you pretty toasty. A few things I wish it had was a heating element for the neck and that you could make the neck a little more snug for pin necks like me, lol. I realize it needs to fit a variety of different sized people but maybe make a smaller version. Maybe they do and I missed it? The other thing is I wish there was some more weight to it, like the rice filled neckwraps you heat up in the microwave. I would use something like that but the rice cools quickly. If there was consistent heat and weight as well as the shoulder and back coverage, I’d be set!
