I was really looking forward to using my new iPhone Pro, but the device I received has had multiple problems from day one. First, the phone has major connection issues. Even when it’s connected to WiFi, apps either won’t load or stop working completely. I’ve tried restarting the phone, resetting network settings, and checking my WiFi connection, but nothing has solved the problem. On top of that, I’m unable to make regular phone calls, and my WhatsApp calls constantly cut off. This makes the phone almost unusable for basic communication. The physical mute/silence switch is also not functioning at all. It doesn’t toggle, and it feels like a clear hardware defect.

Good phone, still using almost a year later

Great unit and value for money. Only downside is late delivery. Still came in good condition with good “green” packaging hence 4 stars.

Still enjoying it

Phone is immaculate, no scratches or marks on screen or body of the phone. Works well so far. Battery capacity is 82% but it’s charging and holding the charge well. Was delivered a day late but as I ordered Black Friday week I can’t complain. It was sent with DPD so the tracking was great.
