I’m loving losing weight the healthy way!!!
So far so good the 2 we’ve been taking. It does curb your appetite and helps with digestion. Tip here make sure you eat before taking or will make you nauseous. I will buy some more before I run out. Overall 10/10 from me.

I have been taking over a wk now. Have noticed no weight lose BUT my gut feels a lot better. The whole digestive system is much better and my heart burn witch was a big problem is gone. For those benefits I will continue it. I did only buy 1 bottle cause I have got a lot of junk that didn't do what they said. I started taking 2 but many times only 1 and not much difference. Weight lose my come and that will be another+.

I did not see much of a difference adding these to my diet. I was taking a different brand specifically for women and I think that one worked better for me. This was a cheap alternative to try and may be good to test out on your system, but it did not work for me as well some others.
