Can these bands be used cooking a Turkey

Absolutely. To tie legs. Not sure if they would break if you went around the whole body with the bands. I can do that with chicken, but a 20 lbs. turkey may be a problem. Consider the spool of twine they sell on this site to tie the bird up. It works well.

Can they be used in a pressure cooker

I don't see why not. I use them over a hot grill, they wash up in the dishwasher. Have bought for my son's and they use them for all kinds of cooking.

Do you have other sizes?

Superior Kitchen Gadgets does not have other sizes of this item but you can hook several together to get longer lengths.

So they handle high temp well. Can I also use them in the freezer?

I have use them for food that I have placed in the freezer without any problems!
