Easy To Spread, Effective Protection Sunscreen
I've been on the hunt for a zinc oxide sunscreen that didn't have strange or toxic chemicals in the formulation and this is the best one I've found. I LOVE the simple, real ingredient list. I also love that it comes in a metal tub so I don't have to worry about it absorbing any plastic. As for performance, this is a 10/10. It's solid in the tub, but comes out really easy with no body heat or excessive rubbing required. It also spreads onto the skin smoothly. In addition to offering effective sun protection, it also provides moisture and a nice sheen to the skin without feeling heavy or sticky. I have fair skin, but it absorbs so easily that I suspect it would work well for a range of skin tones without being too ashy. It also works great under makeup. The sunscreen a slight smell at first, but it fades within minutes. I highly, highly recommend this sunscreen!

Worth Every Penny!!
First I want to note: SPF 30 has basically the same effectiveness as SPF 50. Now, I’ve always been skeptical of sunscreen, opting to forgo it completely instead of putting chemicals on my body and my children’s bodies. After researching, I decided to get this sunscreen, which is free of those cancer-causing chemicals, non-nano, and safe for the ocean. The tin it comes in seems small, but it goes really far. It was used daily by two people for a week on vacation in Florida and we barely scratched the surface of it. My son used it on all exposed skin (legs, arms, face and neck) and never got a sunburn at all. I used it on my shoulders and my face and didn’t burn, and it didn’t clog my pores. However, I DID burn everywhere I didn’t use the sunscreen, so I used it consistently afterward and was just fine. My other son was on a cruise with his grandparents in the Caribbean, using the same sunscreen and didn’t burn at all. After the consistent usage, there should still be enough the last the majority of the summer. Im highly impressed with this sunscreen and will buy more.

Holy Grail Sunscreen
I have been on the hunt for a sunscreen for so long. I’ve tried countless brands and products from cult favorites, k-beauty brands, ones highly rated on here, etc. and NOTHING comes close to this product. I live in the desert so sunscreen is a must, but that also means my skin dries out really easy. On top of that I started a new skin care treatment that leaves my skin a little drier than normal. I cannot use chemical sunscreen without breaking out, but mineral sunscreen that doesn’t dry your skin, leave horrible white cast, or leave you oily has been pretty much impossible to find. Also, it’s always important that my products are environmentally friendly, as natural as possible, reef safe, etc. This sunscreen has everything I’m looking for. It is thick and a bit weird getting used to the application, but totally worth it. You just need to use a really small amount. I use the smallest bit and dab it on all my major points (forehead, cheeks, chin, and neck) before rubbing it in so I get a more even application. I find when it is cooler that I might need to rub it for a bit longer, but the more body heat you use the easier it is. Once it’s is applied it takes a few minutes (5-10 tops) for it to settle into your skin, but after you are left with a beautiful finish. It’s not oily or matte, but perfectly dewy and natural. Plus my skin is protected (no sunburn from the desert sun yet) and stays moisturized all day.

Not what you would expect
At room temperature the cream more resembles a paste in the container. I would say it handles very similarly to hair styling cream if you've ever used such a thing. The nice thing about that is that the product is very dense, so a little goes a long way in my opinion. Rubbing it between your fingers or hands to melt it down and make it more spreadable is highly recommended, which it probably says in the instructions, but I didn't read those. It does go on and feel oily at first, which I personally don't like, but it does set after a few minutes, leaving my face looking more dewy than oily I would say, which is nice. It does stay on throughout the day, but if you wear glasses or fabric face masks, be warned that it will smear/spread to anything on your face a bit, which is the only major downfall to it. I've tried rubbing it in vigorously to my face, thinking that it'll thin out more with heat and absorb better, but that isn't the case. I won't say it leaves items on your face COVERED in it, just some slight smudges of it will be left behind on the item when you take it off your face. Glasses/Sunglasses wearers beware, if you have trouble with keeping your glasses up on your nose, this will add a little resistance at first, but if out in the sun, it will cause them to slip a little more as the product thins out slightly in the heat/direct sunlight. Overall, once I became more familiar/skilled at applying it and compensating for face wear, it is an excellent product that I would absolutely recommend.
