Defective product - even after replacement
I'm very disappointed actually, because I had asked for replacement and again I'm getting defective, unuseful product. So the problem is that this is not aligned with wall properly and secondly it took around 10 days. And because of that I asked for replacement because there is no option of return and after that it took another 4-5 days to exchange the product and again same problem. And there is always a note to support their small business but do they really check comments and feedbacks?
