Very good product, I would recommend that the dosages be concentrated and condensed into one quick dissolving softgel capsule per day to prevent missing out on the right dosage particularly if you are not on a 3 meal a day plan.

I am not much of an herbal user, especially not to regulate big problems. However, I am struggling with hormone imbalance, and, for whatever reason, I was somewhat disinclined to immediately seek out clinical solutions. I read about maca online; especially how hormonal pregnant or postpartum women were using it for hormone regulation, sometimes even recommended by their doctors, if posts are to be believed. This was cheap enough to try, and I knew I could always give it up and get started on a prescription from my doctor if I wanted to. With all that said: This is amazing. Now, bear in mind, I am talking about maca in general, and I have no idea how this product measures up to other maca supplements. With this one, by taking one pill per day, my menstrual cycle has gone from being highly irregular to regular again, I am getting better sleep, and I am suffering less anxiety. I recommend that any woman struggling with hormonal imbalance could give maca a shot. This product in particular is a standard sized gelatin-like cap from vegetable sources with powder inside. You can definitely smell the maca smell, which some posts online warn about. However, inside the cap, there is no bad taste, and, if quickly swallowed with water, the smell is not limiting at all. I have trouble taking pills, so I would not be able to take this if the smell was a problem.

So far, loving this product! I highly recommend for all 40 yr old plus women.

Before taking this I was feeling tired all of the time. But when I started taking two of these per day last month, I started to notice a difference about a week later, and recently I've noticed my energy has gone up, and I've had more interest in intimacy. I usually notice very subtle shifts in my body over a long period of time with supplements, but this one had a very quick turnaround with very strongly positive results. I've taken maca before, and didn't notice much, but I'm glad I decided to try it again.
