The pour over coffee takes a while to make and we no longer have to keep reboiling the water in between pours in like we did before with our previous hot water kettle. Seems to boil water quicker than my kettle although both are 1500watts. Needed to ask a question of customer service and they were really fast. Only minor criticism....the perforated loose tea container needs to be slightly longer so you can brew loose tea at 250cc.
