I forgot my lock combination

All you have to do is insert the zippers into the middle lock slot and squeeze the push button to release the zippers 😏😒

My bag is locked. The lock is stuck and I keep resetting it and it does not work

I watched a video on YouTube for the exact same problem you have to manually reset it. The video will explain it better than I could.

How to unlock if zippers aren't inserted

If they aren't inserted it's unlocked. The lock always stays shut they slide when you incert the zippers and pop back out when you put the code in and push the button.
