Hat arrived very mis-shaped due to plastic bag being too small. Can it be reshaped or do I have to reorder?

Mine arrived the same way. Mist with water or dab with a wet towel to make it damp.then reform it. I wanted a flat brim so stacked books on the brim and left it to dry. For the crown, I packed it with a bowl and small towels to the closest shape I could get. If you order snother, I assume it will ship in the same way. Short of ordering a more expensive hat that is sentvinb

What is the best way to flatten the brim?

Books on brim, then leave hat outside on warm sunny day.
