**Q: How many chews are one serving?**
A: The 500 mg are 1 serving each (this company also makes calcium chews that are only 250 mg). If your doctor wants you on 1,000mg per day, you would be taking 2 caramel chews per day- they are a nice after dinner treat ( I think they taste more like maple syrup than caramel, but they are still good).

**Q: how many carbs?**
A: Yep.  4 gr. per chew.  I just checked.  The chocolate tablets contain 1 gr. per tab, but not as tasty.

**Q: I ordered and they were extremely hard and difficult to chew, but from the doctor, they are soft.  Where do they come from and what's the exp date?**
A: This is an old question but should not be on anybody's mind at all. I bought my bag in July 2016. It has an expiration date of July 2017. Once opened I kept the entire bag in a Zip-Loc plastic bag.The few tasty chews I have left are as soft and tasty as when I first opened the bag. I very much like the Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor and will buy them again.

**Q: I take blood thinner. Does this product contain Vitamin K?**
A: Maybe I should have pointed out that calcium is a mineral and not a vitamin...it is just what it is.  So no, there wouldn't be any K in it.

I was tired of swallowing large calcium pills 3x a day and decided to try calcium chews. I needed calcium citrate due to the antacid I take for GERT. I take one of these in the afternoon without food and have no stomach upset. Although smaller, they are similar in taste and texture to a Starburst candy, imo. Obviously, they are not as sweet or as strong a flavor as Starburst, but it's the best comparison I can think of. I bought the fruit variety pack to see what the various flavors were like and I liked all of them, although my least favorite was the raspberry - and I normally like raspberry. Separately I purchased a bag of the pineapple mango flavor and am VERY disappointed in that flavor. They seem to have a distinct medicine taste. I've never tried the "sweet treat" flavors.
