WORKPRO 6-Pack Bar Clamps for Woodworking, 6" (4) & 12" (2) F Clamps, Blue

I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of these clamps. Seems I need them all the time, always asking if I can borrow some. Then a desk arrived damaged not once, but twice, from Amazon. The damage was extensive, but I really needed it for my assistant. So I searched out clamps, and settled on these. When I opened the box, and saw the clamps, my hopes were dashed. They looked cheap and flimsy. I slapped my forehead. But thought I'd go ahead and see how they work. They are surprisingly strong and sturdy. The ability to tighten the clamp with one hand is most fabulous, and filled me with joy. I noted some reviews mentioned they were flimsy. I didn't find that to be true. If you manhandle them, or expect them to give you significant pounds of pressure, these are not the clamps. They do exactly what they are made for, and they are not thick steel. They will keep items in place, as you can see in the picture. I also fixed a broken antique table leg. One of the really great attributes is that they don't mar wood. I had to borrow one for something 21", and it was steel. It was difficult because it not only marred the wood, but it was SO heavy, it was difficult to use without doing real damage. These clamps are lightweight and a breeze to use. I highly recommend and would definitely purchase again.

I've been using these clamps for several months, very satisfied. Note that they are described as *light-duty" (up to 150 pounds clamping force), and indeed they don't exert as much force as my Irwin "medium-duty" clamps, which are described as providing up to 300 pounds force. But for many uses, these light-duty clamps provide quite enough force, and their light weight make them easy to handle one-handed. Very satisfied, glad I bought these, might buy another set of six -- really good value for money (my Irwin medium-duty clamps are quite a bit more expensive per clamp -- Irwin clamps available here on Amazon), and one can never have too many clamps... :-)

These WORKPRO Bar Clamps are the first clamps I purchased on my journey into woodworking, and I'm so glad I did. I'm thoroughly impressed with the build quality of these clamps. Cute mini clamps that work very well. If you need small clamps, by all means, by these. Work well and the price was not to bad.

Solid performance, used for breaking tire bead on E-Scooter tire. Broken tire valve stem, had to R/R from inside wheel. These clamps were put to immediate torture stress test. Full-On clamping on tire was all I could push and squeeze. The clamps held up really well, beyond expectations and - GOT THE JOB DONE. That's what matters. I mean, I pushed these suckers to the max - and held up. 4"-6" power rangers. When ordering, size up, not only for spread but for pressure on the squeeze handles to get max leverage. Great clamps for the price . They perform well, easily clamp to my wood, remain steady. The clamps have been durable during my light use.
