Nordic Ware Rose Bundt, 10 Cup, Toffee

This might be the sturdiest pan in my entire kitchen lol this thing is Solidly made. The design is beautiful and as long as you follow the directions for what you're putting in it, everything pops right out! Perfect personal sized little cakes

Beautiful results first time from this pan. Came out so easy when I turned pan over after restiing 30 miinutes. Perfect. My recipe said to use 2-1/2 cups of flour and called for this size pan. You'll find several on the internet. So glad I bought this to bake some special bundt cakes this spring. Have fun!

I purchased the 2 cup rose muffin pan and it’s absolutely beautiful and well made. It’s weighty but not as heavy as cast iron. I oiled them before baking in them let the muffins sit for 10 minutes out of the oven and they released flawlessly! Great motivation to eat healthier protein blueberry muffins. Buy it now while they’re on sale!

Nordicware makes the best baking pans. I used this cakelet pan to make little lemon Bundt cakes. They were delicious and beautiful. Use cooking spray for baking-the stuff with flour in it and the cakes come out no issues. There is also a recipe called bakers secret with crisco, butter, flour. High quality baking pan and a beautiful design

This Bundt pan is nice and heavy, but the Toffee color is really ugly. I can get past that, but my cake didn’t come out well-defined. I always use baking spray that contains flour, so my cake didn’t stick, but it ended up being ugly. I’ve found that the ideal temperature for baking Bundt cakes in these pans is 325, regardless of what the recipe says. Anything higher and the cakes take too long to bake the middle, so the exterior comes out hard and over-baked. I always allow my cakes to cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes after removing them from the oven, and they come out of these cast aluminum pans without sticking. I also always hand-wash my Bundt pans with dawn dish detergent. Don’t ever put these in the dishwasher. As some have mentioned, the size is smaller than the older Bundt pans at 10 cups, but current cake mixes and many cake recipes are smaller, so it’s perfect for those. I find it still makes a good-sized cake for a crowd. The larger 12-15 cup Bundt pans are still available, if that’s what you want. Even though my cake was ugly, it baked evenly and tasted good! I’m sure if I had more patience, I could experiment more with recipes and get this shape to turn out better. It just isn’t my favorite design, but it could be yours.

Live the design. A little heavy but very durable. Use to make a jello salad which came out perfectly in the mold shape. Very happy with quality and price.

I am a huge fan of Nordic Ware. The pans are top quality, produce great cakes and look fabulous. I hang mine on the wall when not using them. Adds to my kitchen decor and I get many compliments.
