Does not work no lights on hand set and all neutrals are live

You must have wired it incorrectly, mine works fine! The wiring diagram is printed on the top of the switch block. From one satisfied customer to hopefully another?

The quality is Good and easy to install following the diagram on top of the switch. I am a non-electrician customer.
