On one hand, these cookies are delicious - amazing with a cup of tea in the mornings. Having been unable to find them locally, I was happy to see them on Amazon. Not the bad side. They arrived at my house in tiny pieces. I literally had to eat them with a spoon. It was not the packing. It was the fact that these are SO delicate that there is absolutely no way that they can be shipped to consumers. I have no idea how they arrive at retailers in good condition, but normal parcel service cannot deal with these. I feel awful for the producer as they are a wonderful product. The only solution I can see is that they are made in an increased thickness. And that would possible reduce the "feel" of them. Good luck figuring this out.
