I got this edition of Pride and Prejudice just for the extra exclusive letters it comes with and they did not disappoint! This book is perfect for any Pride and Prejudice fan, and the book itself is beautiful. I would not recommend getting this book if you plan on actually reading the book and not just the letters. The pages themselves are very thin and feel as though they can tear easily, Otherwise, this book is great for any collector!

This book is awesome! The romance, drama, and humor are so good! The letters are absolutely lovely and so fun to read. It came in perfect condition, and it’s a beautiful addition to any literary collection.

This is one of the most beautiful editions I've ever seen of "Pride and Prejudice". I admire the great work of Barbara Heller and her team experts in calligraphy to put together these collection of letters, which are key to the story. There was a lot of research of antique letters in order to find the best handwriting for each character. Of course that the best one is from Mr. Darcy (is the longest in the novel) and the caligraphy is so awesome and stylish. Originally, Jane Austen wrote "First Impressions" between 1796 and 1797 as a series of letters. Her father tried to offer the manuscript to an editor, who never read it. Later, while living in Chawton Cottage, Jane edited her manuscript, changing it into a novel, and the title we know nowadays. In this edition, there's a lot of work on the letters, the style of handwriting for each character, the marks of ink and wax seal, the address and postal marks according to real post usage. Letters are key around Jane Austen. They're the main source to know about her, her writing, her life, her family, etc. Letters are key in most of her novels, so I thank Barbara Heller who made all this possible in order to make an idea come true.

I bought this as a gift for my mom this past Christmas, and she absolutely adores it! She’s a huge Pride and Prejudice fan and it’s one of her favorite books. I still haven’t read it, but this is such a neat product. The letters feel very real and I love the finish to the edges of the pages. It’s super detailed and feels like an intimate experience into the book’s universe. I think it’s perfect for any Pride and Prejudice fan!

This edition of Pride and Prejudice is absolutely gorgeous! The details, the design, everything is just beautiful…all of the letters look so authentic, I love how there are “stains” on them to make them look more real…It also came wrapped in plastic wrap which is definitely a plus…I know a lot of people complained about how thin the pages are and yes they are definitely very thin you can see right through to the next page but that doesn’t bother me, I’m just afraid the pages will rip so I’ll just be very careful with it but other than that it’s absolutely beautiful!

This is a fabulous idea. Love all the letters and they are in order of the story. I did not hesitate to purchase this book

Beautiful with all the ”real” letters

First of all the cover is so nice. The paper too. But the envelopes are out of this world!!!!! You know how reading takes you to another world? Well the letters makes it even better, the font, the kind of paper and the ink. It’s totally worth it.

My daughter and I are Austin fans and I have read the books many times. However we always like a little something different and this is perfect. Being able to hold and read the letters felt perfect, letting you feel like your part of the story. Beautifully written and styled, placed perfectly in the chapters. My daughter has this now and cannot contain her excitement about it. She is dyslexic and for many years struggled with reading, so for her to be so excited about a book was heartwarming. Thank you to the wonderful people whom created this!

Delivery was faster than expected. I really like the art and the handwritten letters in the book. The letters make the book slightly bulky but it is a nice touch to a classic story.
