FolkArt Multi-Surface Acrylic Craft Paint, 8 oz, Baby Pink

This is probably the best paint I’ve ever bought. In the past, especially painting white on wood, I’d have to do multiple coats to get coverage, taking time and being wasteful. One coat of this paint did the trick and I was also pleasantly surprised with how fast it dried. I will be buying this paint in more colors.

This paint has a great consistency, it's a good thickness that isn't runny. It spreads well, covers well, doesn't dry so quickly that you have a super limited work time, but doesn't take forever to dry either. Overall, I like it and I'd buy it again, but I will warn that it's a little more on the matte side than I'm used to in satin paints. It's not SUPER matte, it does still have a satiny texture, but I have always thought of satin as a mixture of gloss and matte, and this is just a touch more on the matte side of that than other craft paints I've used. Not necessarily a bad thing, but something to note before using it in a project or painting. I'd recommend doing a test swatch before you jump right in so you know what to expect.

Bought this to update our bathroom light fixture as I'm doing a small revamp. The fixture is put in a bit oddly and the wall around looks like it would be a hard job to just take out and replace. My husband doesn't want to deal with that for now so I just wanted to paint to update it a bit. The paint went on amazing it adhered much better than I thought it would. The instructions state to clean with alcohol to air dry for an hour then put in oven which is obviously not possible so I used a blow dryer to just let it set better. I will be doing another coat to get any spot I missed and just extra measure but so far it's great. I have posted a before and after picture. I will absolutely buy these multi surface paints again.

I bought this paint because I found a nice Coca Cola hat but the bill was orange. I painted the bill red with this paint and you cannot tell it is painted and it came out perfect. Why did you pick this product vs others?: because it was fabric paint. Ease of use: It was so easy to use. Durability: i am sure it will remain perfect. Works well: The paint had a nice flow and easy to use. Dries quickly: It dries very fast. Value for money: The price was perfect. Texture: The paint had a easy flow, clean-up was a breeze.

It was a recommendation from an artist, and it is a great painting base. I usually used just black acrylic colors for the base on the canvas, but this is a whole new level. Brilliantly adds a layer of paint so other paints, after being put on canvas they don't smudge or spill, the canvas doesn't absorb them because of this base. It is just what I was looking for.

Bought this paint before so I know its a great paint for a base coat on a mandala which i use it for, however this time around the paint had unfortunately leaked out on arrival as it didn't look like the top was sealed in any way and had come loose! Seller was helpful to refund though.
