It makes baking and heating up food in oven so much easier. The silicone mats are non-stick, so it is easy to wash under the sink. Thanks to the mats are made from silicone, nothing really stick to the mat surface, all it requires after used is a quick rinse under the tap, and then a bit of washing liquid and light scrub and everything will come off. I cannot fault these mats at all, we use both the larger ones as well as the smaller ones quire often, and we had them for over a year now, they still work as per when they were new, we haven't noticed any discolouring, and the mats stay flat on your work counter. Obviously, you could roll them up for easy storage under the worktops. We love these silicone baking mats and would buy them again when they require replacing (if ever). I can strongly recommend this product, hope you will find this review useful.
