This emulsion is fantastic! I am forever a fan. It does not cook out!

This flavor is just astounding. I used just a dab of it , maybe 1/2 tsp within my rum in my rum balls this season and it enhanced the flavor with a powerful enhanced rum taste without adding any aftertaste. It made the rum balls tastier than with rum alone. It also made an excellent flavor for butter rum balls which are the alcohol free version. I used butter vanilla emulsion, and this rum emulsion together, less than 1/2 tsp each to get a wonderful butter rum flavor to the end result. I am a 100% believer in these emulsions now and will try more flavors. P.S. They're very concentrated, be careful, experiment with less first.

I was looking for rum flavor that would match the Czech/Slovak rum (Tuzemak/Um). Although it is a great flavor and I will continue using it, it is not on target.

This is my first time trying a rum extract and oh my! It actually smells like it! I used it in my vegan coconut rum cupcakes and it worked beautifully!

I do not want to give a one star ever... and wont. We purchased this product for our cafe to use in our almond croissants in the almond butter we make. Unfortunately we used the entire bottle and wasted many croissants, it tasted like bubble gum. It didn't smell that way but it wasn't a full body smell of rum. Maybe the labels got mixed up? Not sure if this company does a bubble gum extract. Just really weird. Sooo if you purchase, just make sure it tastes like rum is all. I am sure it was a quality control issue or something. Things TOTALLY HAPPEN!!! We get it. I looked to see if I could get a hold of them another way, but maybe this way they could track the actually product that we purchased. Our team member made the baked goods and threw the bottle away. :-(

This is another great flavor I found to bring some variety to my diet of a few months. Adding this rum to a smoothy somehow makes it a little more filling and satisfying with the extra flavor intensity. I compared it to using actual Bacardi rum and found I liked this taste just as well, if not a little bit better. Add it to a fresh mango and pineapple smoothy and you will think you are on the beach. After dieting this long, I feel like splurging every once in a while. This helps me do that without the calories and additional eating brought about by Rum. Now what I really enjoy is this in a dessert. Before my diet, I was a nightly ice cream eater. I add this to some vanilla greek yogurt( Chobani and Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla have less sugar and very good taste) and thawed frozen cherries. It is so good, I can have just a little to satisfy my dessert urges. I know I have been talking about using these flavors as part of my diet. I am sure I will continue to use them when I get to my maintenance levels, half way there.

I got this to attempt to make rum raisin ice cream, a little bit goes a long way! I soaked some raisins in water and some drops of this and it was powerful so less is more.
