It look so cute with all of the scarves hanging from it. The one I received did not come with the black hanger part which wasn't that big a deal; I just grabbed a wire hanger and bent the ends up a little so it wouldn't slip off. I recently ordered another for my mom for Christmas and I one I ordered for her was in a cardboard display box (as opposed to just being in a tiny plastic bag) and had the hanger part with it. It looked so much nicer as a gift.I still love this organizer. The scarf rings are strong and large enough to enable chunky knit scarves to easily feed through them. The "dress" looks great hanging up on the back of a door or on a wall, really effective. I have bought a few scarf holders over the years which have either broken from the weight of the scarves or just could not hold numerous scarves so I had to interchange them (which defeated the purpose for me).
