Great stuff but not nut free
I've only used it once as i just received it. But it worked really well. My bread had a wonderful texture and crumb. But I won't buy it again as I have to have a gluten which is nut free.

Essential for whole wheat bread
100% whole wheat bread turns out perfectly if you add a heaping tablespoon of Gluten powder to the dough. I used to buy it in the grocery store, but it is not available anymore. The delivery was fast and I have been buying this brand for several years. A+

I didn’t see them weight before ordering. Guys this is crazy lol. Anyone who is reading this buy Anthony vital wheat gluten. It’s 1.8kg for $30. It’s out of stock so I tried Kate naturals. I like surprises but this one made me sick to my stomach
