What I got was a travel toothbrush that I already don't want to go without after just a few days of use. I love that I can clean my teeth without toothpaste with this. I still like to use mouthwash but it really does clean very well with or without toothpaste. Plus I can easily take this with me discreetly. If it was good I was going to buy a full size model but this one works just great. I'll get the bigger one if this one ever needs to be replaced.
