A great battery for any deep cycle application!
After reading that one review from a guy who was accusing scam and false advertising for an AH rating at 1A, I was anxious to get my new battery in and test it against the specifications given. For you geeks, I used an Array 3720 DC Precision Load for my source and tested from full charge to 11.0 volt depletion ( most often, mfgs will test to 10.5 as "dead" but I like to stay a little north of that as it extends the life of the battery) using an automatic timer to end the test the moment the battery dropped to 11.0 volts. I used a constant load as this is real world rather than a variable load source that will adjust as battery voltage drops. For the sake of comparing to the baseline and other batteries, I used Peukert's Law and some other funny math to adjust my results to make comparisons. I am PLEASED to announce that this battery tests awesome, slightly better than the 105AH /20 or 110AH/100 as specified. And no this is not false advertising as many of the cheaper deep cycle batteries are giving a 100 specification without stating it, so both values could be helpful. So, for those of you would would like a simpler way to compare deep cycle batteries without needing a college degree in mathematics, here's a super easy method. Geeks will criticize me for this with a little bit of legitimacy, but if you stick to this test, you cant go wrong. Comparing 12 volt deep cycle batteries in size 24, 27, or 31......simply compare the weight. With few exceptions, the heavier batteries with have more storage capacity. Then compare $$$ per pound......and decide how much you want to spend. You'll usually end up back here. Enjoy!

Worked great...for a couple years
I have this battery installed in my Lance truck camper along with 300 watts of solar and a 2000 watt inverter. As soon as the sun goes down it drains down to 89% with no load. By morning it is at 70%. Again, with no load. Charges right back up to 100% when the sun comes out but pretty much useless for more than just a couple led lights at night. It just started doing this within the past month so I got about 3 1/2 trouble free years out of it. I have a Renogy core mini 300ah LifePo4 on it's way to replace it.

Scam battery... nobody buys a 100 Ah ...
Scam advertising with this battery...nobody buys a 100 Ah battery at the 100 hour rating. That is equal to 1.1 amps x 100 hours to get the 110Ah rating. Could be considered false advertising here! Using 100 hours and a 1.1 amp load makes it difficult to evaluate how well this battery will work for you. You want a 100Ah battery that is rated over 20 hours. That means a constant load of 5 amps x 20 hours to reach the endpoint voltage of 10.5 volts while under load.

Works really well
So far so good. Charged with 100W solar panel and a Mohoo charge controller. Disconnected panel and ran a 65W laptop full out for over an hour with negligible voltage drop. Really looking forward to installing this (and that panel) at our cabin on an island in Lake Huron next week.

Seems like a very good battery.
So far so good after a couple of months in marine house battery application. Will see how long it will last in a few years.

Watch the Discharge rates and AH capacity! Select enough batteries for your loads and run time. It takes more batteries than you think to run large Inverters with heavy loads. High discharge rates lower AH capacity! 110AH @ 1.10 amps, 100AH @ 5 amps, 95.2AH @ 9.52 amps, 83AH @ 16.6 amps. Keep in cool area to extend life. Shallow discharge of 30% = 2250 cycles, 50% = 1100 cycles, 100% = 250 cycles! Charging current 30 Amps @ 14.4-15volts MAX. 13.5-13.8 float no limit. 67.5 LBS/ 30.6KG. 12.01 in/305mm long x 6.61 in/168mm wide x 8.15 in/207mm height. Terminals T14, Torque to 11-14.7Nm/97.28-130 in*lbs. Capacity corrections for temperature, 104F/40C=103% (Short lifespan), 77F/25C = 100%, 32F/0C = 86%. Internal Resistance ~4.9m ohm. Max discharge 1200A (5sec). Update: been running a bank of batteries for 6 years now. The bank is still doing well, showing some slight decrease in capacity. If kept within the specs, it's been holding up well. However, for the price and weight, today I would just go to a LiFePo4/LFP. They have deeper discharge, higher current capabilities, more cycle life.

Still early but so far soooo good
Battery is definitely heavy at 68 lbs but charges to 13.4V and holds a charge incredibly well. Used with my MinnKota 50lb EnduraMax trolling motor for many hours before requiring a recharge. Excellent value in this battery.
