I understand that code only works on the 20th Anniversary machine that has Ms. Pac Man and Galaga.

Comes with a Micro USB charging cable. Used to charge the battery or just keep it plugged in. No power brick supplied you have to use one of your own

Does this come in the orginal brown cardboard box from the factory or just shipped as shown?

It comes in a retail box with a plastic window, shipped inside a brown Amazon box.

Is this the faster Ms Pac Man version or slow one?

Its not the fastest version. Its not slow either. I checked the settings to see if it could be changed, but didn't see that option. Its pretty cool though!
