Very good, almost perfect
I have this for several fires now and will get right to the good and could be better. The good: *Looks great *built solid *nice cover *Definitely low smoke. It does smoke at startup and if you let it burn down and add several logs all at once. No one ever waves their hands anymore trying to get the smoke out of their eyes. It's just not there. My clothes and hair still have a little smoke smell when done, but I'm the one lighting the fire and adding wood. *Burns hot. We have been able to roast hotdogs and marshmallows with a good flame. No more waiting for the logs to burn down into coals and the flame to disappear. As long as you have some good coals under the fire, cooking is good with a flame. Actually need to keep it farther from the fire than you would think. The could be better: *Opening is not as big as my firewood. I had to cut all my logs in half. If they stick out of the top of the pit, you get smoke. I've not burnt the bag of wood that came with it. I prefer a long fire with logs. *Because the fire is down in the pit, the heat is not felt as easily when sitting nearby. The heat has to go up first. It's good for a summer fire, but when the temps were in the 50's we had to stand next to it to really feel the heat. *the recommend letting the fire just burn out naturally and the coal cool overnight. I.e. no water to put it out. If you do that, the fine powder is easy to clean up. If you put it out with water, it is a bit of a mess to clean up. And if you don't clean it up, the water will cause it to rust. So I recommend you let it die out naturally. There are very few sparks and pops with this fire.

Fantastic fire pit thatโs worth the money
Before buying this, my wife had bought us an inexpensive fire pit during Covid lockdown, just to see how we liked it and how often weโd use it. Like with all such cheap (and small) fire pits, it didnโt hold up well to the intense heat of our fires and also didnโt hold up to the elements. This Tiki fire pit is a complete 180 from that other one, which is what Iโd hope for something costing about 10x the price. This is a very sturdy, well built smokeless fire pit that works as advertised. I never use their pellet bags, just hardwood I buy from local places, with fallen branches for kindling and pine needles for tinder. You have to be careful to keep all those pieces two feet long or less, since they stick out the top of the pit when longer than that. But the precut hardwood is exactly that length and works great. I put a fist-size pile of pine needles in the middle, lay twigs on top in classic pyramid style, and it lights instantly and gives a good base fire in just a couple minutes. Then lay on heavier / thicker pieces until itโs ready for the hardwood. Be aware this fire pit is HEAVY! You definitely want to have someone help you get it into place if you canโt easily lift and move 50 pounds. But that weight translates into solid durability. Iโve had mine for just over a year now, and with the provided cover to protect it through winter it has no rust and no signs of wear after several large hot fires that weโll have burning for 2-3 hours at a time. And it really does burn the wood nearly smokelessly. As long as the wood is dry, I see either no smoke or hardly any. But I still get that wonderful wood fire smell. Damp wood will definitely smoke more. Especially if you let any of it get above the upper vent holes on the inside of the pit wall. With regular wood use, I do recommend buying the screen cover to protect from sparks that can still pop out during burning. If you just use the pellet bags thereโs no need.

Cute and awesome fire pit!
Super cute! Bought as a gift for daughterโs new home and she loves it! Has handy ash pan for easy clean up after fire. Can use bags of wood pellets or logs or both to extend fire. Time makes nice products so bought this over other brands and am excited to test if it really has a four foot radius of heat distribution and is smokeless!

Super easy to use- great cozy fire
We didnโt really understand firepits and outdoor living until we moved to Minnesota. Now we use one regularly to spend more time outdoors, prolong the season for being outdoors, and simply enjoy the coziness of a fire pit to bring family and friends together. We decided to upgrade to the Tiki Stainless Steel Low Smoke version and already we love it. It was very simple to put together. It took about five minutes. I love the design and that it is incredibly sturdy. Itโs manageable to move easily. Itโs got a diameter of 25 inches, so it does not take a huge amount of space. Best of all, I love the wood-pack that came with it. It was very easy to light and because of the depth of the fire pit itself, I was able to do it easily in high winds. The wood pack created a robust fire that provided a lot more warmth than I expected. And it was truly SMOKELESS! The packs last a little over thirty minutes which was perfect for us. With our old fire pit, in order to produce a similar fire and heat, we would have had to build a pretty big fire and tend it to for hours after the fun. Iโm glad I can use regular firewood or the wood pack, however I am already a huge fan of the ease of the wood packs and the certainty of knowing when the fire is out. I immediately signed up for monthly delivery of the Tiki wood pack and was eligible for a ten percent discount on the packs. The fire pit has been a great addition to our household!

Nice and mostly smokeless.
This is as good as a Solo but cheaper and more stylish. As long as you keep your wood stack below the top of the fire pit, it is mostly smokeless. I separately purchased and highly recommend the brass top. I would buy again if I needed another. It is good quality and heavy duty. Iโve had it for about six months now without any rust, but I do keep it in a covered gazebo so aside from the occasional rain that blows sideways it stays mostly dry. It did come with a cover.

Good Value, Well-Made and Designed To Last
We looked at Solo, Breeo and others before purchasing a Tiki fire pit, and we're very pleased with our purchase. It's a solid product, designed to last and to provide warm, inviting fires with minimal smoke, particularly when fueled with Tiki wood pellet bags. The fire bowl and other heated components are heavy-gauge stainless steel, and the outer frame is heavy-gauge powder-coated steel (the matching legs are powder-coated aluminum). The 16" diameter fire bowl is a little small to accommodate standard firewood, so you stack your logs on end with their tops protruding above the rim until they burn down. Ordinary stove pellets are made of compressed sawdust and other local wood by-products and can be purchased in bulk at local hardware stores for ~$6 per large 40-lb bag. Smaller, more expensive bags of specialty pellets are sold for use in outdoor pellet smokers. The 8-lb Tiki pellet bags contain just enough accelerant to ensure that the pellets light quickly and burn efficiently for about 30 minutes (something like "Match-Light" charcoal briquettes). They are great when you want a quick, no-fuss fire that's reliable and clean-burning with minimal smoke. The photo showing 36" flames above the fire pit rim are surprisingly representative of what you can expect between 5 and 20 minutes, perhaps longer. These convenient Tiki pellet bags are heavy paper with a thin impermeable lining that keeps the pellets dry and ready to burn, you simply light the 4 corners and the bags quickly burn up along with the pellets they contain. Tiki also sells smaller 1-lb "Fire Starter" pellet bags that can be used to light ordinary stove pellets or seasoned firewood. You can also use ethanol fire-starter gel or BBQ grill lighter fluid to help light stove pellets. It's easy to add more pellets into the fire pit with a metal scoop as the fire dies down. Ideally, seasoned firewood should be cut 14" or shorter to fit safely inside the Tiki's 16" diameter fire bowl. Most firewood is longer than 16" and will protrude above the top rim of the fire pit, requiring constant attention and producing unwanted smoke (some will prefer this "natural" fire). Firewood can be stacked leaning inwards around the fire pit's center cone, or the cone can be removed to uncover more bottom ventilation holes and provide more space for firewood logs.

Get this fire pit! You won't be sorry
I LOVE this fire pit. I was skeptical about the "smokelees" claims but it really does work. It puts out tons of heat turning everything to ash and making clean up a snap. The bottom piece pulls out and you can easily empty it. There is also a tray at the bottom that catches any remaining ash then the fire pit looks brand new. No soot or mess remains. The only word of caution I will say is that this fire burns really hot so you will go through a lot more wood than traditional fire pits. This fire pit will get a lot of use this season.

Excellent quality.
Fantastic product, wood doc safe, completely insulated from scorching the surface below the fire pit. Exterior is relatively cool to touch. Excellent construction and the wood pellets are really good. The pre-packed Tiki pellets last for a solid 45 min fire. PERFECT. I also use a double-ply heat mat to protect the deck.
