Why did you pick this product vs others?: Works great, plugging them in together all the way makes it lose connection though, so I just plug them in all the way, then pull them apart a little until I feel it get hard. Stays together still and works well for helping me power my stuff off my truck inverter in the middle of nowhere.

Unknown until install
SINCE I DON'T HAVE THE WIRING NEEDED TO ASSY THE CHARGING CONNECTORS, YET, SINCE THE 2 FEET OF 7 STRAND 1/0 WIRE IS $36/FOOT, THIS IS THE BEST RATING I CAN GIVE! It's been 3 months now and I'm still trying to find the proper wires to install these connectors for closed hood/bonnet charging, it may be another few months before I can connect these up to use them. I have the other end of cables with EXTREME HEAVY DUTY CHARGING CLAMPS, THE SOLDER TO BOND THE WIRING TO THE CONNECTORS, BUT FINDING 1000 VAC WIRING THAT ISN'T ALUMINUM IS HARD, ESPECIALLY SINCE MOST WRITING IS 99.5% ALUMINUM WITH COPPER COATING, WITH A MAX LOAF OF 45AMPS.

Exactly what you wanted, not like all the other cheap junk Amazon seems to be selling. They are dear but you get what you pay for. Solid feeling plastic, the lugs are of good quality, just a good experience overall. Definitely not weatherproof, I have found the black covers hold more water in then they keep out.
