These are okay for the price. They are thin compared to others, and they warm quickly. They take a long time to return to their normal cool state. They seem to hold the heat longer than my other mats, and they also seem to get warmer quicker than the others.mThis could be just because it is so hot at present .I will up date when it's much cooler to see if there is a difference .I would buy them again as it's a good price and it still cools, so it does what it says on the tin, so to speak.

As someone who hates the heat of summer and cannot sleep in it either I thought I'd give these a go , and they've definitely helped.They're nice and compact , not in any way uncomfortable to use , and my personal choice is one on my pillow and one under my back and omg its so nice feeling that cold , and cold that lasts without any watery residue outside. Be advised that it says on the packaging theres no need to refrigerate , but I tried that and the pad actually only stayed cold about maybe 40mins and then the outside felt warm , maybe with the humidity and heat of summer indoors ? , whereas I put the 2 pads in the fridge for 2hrs before bed and they last alot longer , so I would advise refrigerating them rather than not , but dont put in a chest freezer or the gel inside will freeze , although it'll stay colder even longer like that. Definitely a good purchase and worth having for heat relief at night or watching tv.

Its ok if you put it in the freezer it stays cool for almost an hr but definitely not as portrayed in the video

These work really well. Pop in your pillow case before bed. I put mine in the fridge at least an hour before bed. These stay cool for a while, but in heat waves cool down fast, but that’s to be expected.

A must have for the summer, honestly a game changer, if you lap it over and put under your neck you instantly feel cool, presumably it works because you’re cooling the blood in your neck and it’s circulating around the body? Who knows but honestly if you have been suffering with the heatwave, we could have more this summer so highly recommend buying them.

I've had these a few weeks now. As a menopausal woman who has hot flushes and we recently had a mini heatwave I thought I would give them a go. When it was really warm weather I put them in the fridge for a couple of hours and that was great as they do tend to trap the body heat so only work for a short time.In bed I put one of them by my feet and would move the other one around depending on where I felt it was needed. They are fairly soft and easy to sleep on.Overall I think these are worth buying if like me you can't sleep well due to being warm.

I personally found the pads cooled down very quickly in the heat and stopped using them. However other younger members of family like them and use them all the time and place in fridge during day to use at bedtime.A family friend found the fridge cooled pad relieved some of their back pain when laying on it. Obviously may be different for others so use with caution!

La compré para probar porque por el precio me pareció que podía estar bien y en caso de que no me convenciera no perdía mucho.No tenía ninguna fe en que funcionara ¿Por qué iba a enfriarse sin pasar previamente por la nevera o un sitio frío? Y lo cierto es que si la tienes a temperatura ambiente no llega a enfriar casi (al menos en mi caso, en mi casa de Madrid, último piso con calorazo veraniego).Pero dejándola unos minutos al lado del aire acondicionado y luego conlocándola en la almohada, me aguanta como media hora bastante fresquita.Aún así tiene un pequeño problema, y es que, aún con la tela de la funda de almohada, al apoyar la cabeza (en mi caso duermo de lado), sientes el plástico del producto y es menos agradable que la almohada. Por otro lado, si duermes boca arriba no hay tanto problema.En resumen: En general está bien, y funcionar funciona aunque no me parece del todo cierto que no haya que hacer nada para que enfríe, y hay que valorar si prefieres dormir con la cabeza sobre plástico fresquito o sobre la almohada cómoda pero caliente.

For me, within just a couple minutes the beeds are not just "not cool" but are hot. There's two pads so sure you coule keep moving your head around and flipping the pillow but then exactly what are these accomplishing over just resting directly on the pillow?
