Best yogurt good for gut health
This is the only good yogurt in the market. Milky mist yogurt is also very good. I love this epigamia natural Greek yogurt, as I can make homemade yogurt using this only.

Go for flavoured one if available
I ordered the plain one and it was sour so not recommended for direct eating but thickness and texture was good so can be best for lassi or buttermilk.
