Removed one star because the rubber cone over the ball-joint has nothing to hold it in place beyond weak friction - no flange and groove as one would expect. They seem to stay in place ok, but age and weather will probably make them impossible to keep in place. Direct bolt-on replacement for a Gen 1 KLR 650 without the copious adapters. The wrench is a joke, don't bother with it. The lower rubber things are oddly shaped, but I don't really care - doubt they'll hold out any moisture - but again, don't really care. Good price, nice and wide, great rearview picture.

A great alternate use for these mirrors. After nearly backing into a car while plowing snow, I decided that I needed mirrors. None to be found specially for my John Deere garden tractor. These worked out perfectly and were extremely easy to install. Great quality at an excellent price.

Mirrors seem well built out of the box. However the rubber boots are useless. They are too small to use at the mirror swivel and the bottom ones were not the same size. So, one fit snug and the other was loose and sloppy.

I am extremely happy with these mirrors. I have a 160 scooter that over the years I have probably tried three or four different sets of Amazon mirrors, and none of them have worked as well as these. The problem is always the same, they don’t show me the lane next to me as well as I like, so therefore, I end up using mirror extenders, which really look weird at the base with the kink that they produce. These have a longer stock than normal mirrors, including the stock ones, and really give you a view so your shoulders aren’t in the way. Very happy with the quality, they mounted right up.
