It’s a great option, arepas came out nicely with this flour. No complains at all, but next time I’ll just stick with the regular harina pan with the yellow packaging

Finally some good homemade tortillas!
This is the only masa I’ve found that reliably makes good corn tortillas. I found that reducing the amount of water a bit makes for better dough consistency.

A new culinary adventure.
As soon as the cornmeal arrived I fired up my comal and began working on the perfect arepa. I followed the recipe on the package and found them a little gooey but I just added more cornmeal, let the dough rest and tried again. After a while, I had a passable Venezuelan style arepa. Next week I'll work on a Columbian style.
