This was under the direction of a doctor. High doses of Vitamin A need to be for short periods because it can be toxic to the liver. She had no side effects from this high dose, could take it on an empty stomach, etc. She is now healed of cervical dysplasia & HPV is not active, so the doctor recommended Vital Nutrients Vitamin A 10,000 IU for maintenance. Again, no problems taking it and she feels confident that this product keeps her immunity boosted along with zinc, Vitamin C, D3 wK2,& Pantothenic Acid.
