Disklabs Phone Shield Faraday Bag (PS1)

Only REAL signal blocking device on Amazon that works, despite their good reviews the others do not, I wonder if any buyers bothered to test them. I did. Just put your phone in the bag and call it. Phone rings, you bought junk, if it does not, you git the real thing. Hate to say this, but this one was made in UK, works fine, the others that I tried, all Chinese made, not making a negative statement about people, just the source of the junk that does not do what it says, just sayin-

I have tried a few of RF protection cover for my phone, but none of them passed my test until I found this one. It really works. I am writing this review because this product deserves it. I am not getting anything in exchange but to help others with my buying experience.

Well made bag. Fit my phone just fine. I tested it by turning on a live stream using cellular data and then tucking it in the bag, flap closed. The live stream cut out. Did this a few times to be sure. It works for keyless entry car fobs, too.

Great product. I put my phone in it at night and it blocks out all texts and calls, but then it rings for my morning alarm. Make sure to close the hook and loop opening.

Update: I bought this bag in May 2020-it is now January 2021. I thought perhaps I had failed to close the bag securely enough, so I gave it another try. Just now, 2 messages came through even though my phone was tightly secured in this bag. Do not waste your money if security is important. This Faraday bag let a text message come through! I had my cell phone in the bag, closed up tightly, in my purse. I was working and heard a noise-it was from my iPhone, signaling that I had a text! Not supposed to be able to come through-what ELSE is getting through or getting in? Bad.

My phone fits in perfectly and does not get phone calls or text or GPS. Will be perfect when tech companies roll out the social credit system and track EVERYTHING

The product doesn't seem to fully do what it's supposed to do on items post 2021. I've tested it multiple times. It seems to haze the signal a bit but not completely. Shouldn't trust this one and I'd recommend finding a better product that does what it's supposed to. It's a nice sleeve though.

I have bought several of these Faraday bags. Most do not work out of the box. The remainder stop working after a couple of months. I paid 3x the price for this bag made in the UK. But it actually worked properly. It was also wider than the SLNT bag so the keys went in without jamming and struggling. It has a clear plastic pouch which is ideal for carrying the spare lithium battery for the key fob. I will return in 6 months to report on whether or not this bag continues to work.

Great protection from car thieves for my new car!

Bought because a large majority of car thefts these days are done by thieves scanning for car fobs from outside your house then they can just replicate and find and open your car. Especially when it’s parked on the street. Well I mean I can’t ever know if someone is trying to scan but I’m hoping it does its job.

Works as advertised, and great quality.
