It seems these days all that is required to call Ascorbic acid "C Complex" is a dash of bioflavinoids and maybe a pinch of Rose Hips. But without all the required "peripherals", all the ascorbic acid in the world will just be flushed from your body without doing a thing. I have searched for years for a really good C Complex, and this is it. Everything that is needed to absorb and utilize vitamin C properly is found in this formula. Because there is so much packed into it, the tablets are pretty large. However, they are coated, so they go down just fine for anyone who doesn't have a serious problem with pills. My large-pill phobic cousin can swallow them, and I take them together with three or four other supplements. In times such as these when it is imperative that we have strong, healthy, immune systems, I am very grateful to have found this product.

Love it buying a second bottle

The product is great, just the size of the tablets was too much for me and it got stocked in my throat, not in any dangerous way but hurting, until I could push it down with water. I suggest it’d be better to take two halve the size. I now chew them before swallowing.

This product had all the ingredients I was looking for. However, the pill is huge and a possible choking hazard. I have had to throw it up several times, when it has gotten stuck in my throat. I have even cut the pill in half but but the sharp edges have made it hard to go down. I contacted the manufacturer to ask if they made the pill and smaller sizes. And they said no. I will need to find an alternative product. I take it only when someone else is around.. For safety reasons, I cannot recommend this product.
