THE SIMPLICITY OF THIS ITEM IS SUPER AND CLEANING WILL NOT BE ANY PROBLEM AT ALL. ALTHOUGH SINCE IT WILL NOT BE USED AFTER OUR SURGERY, WE WILL MORE THEN LIKELY STORE IT WHEN NOT NEEDED. IT'S SO EASY TO SET BACK ON THE TOILET, I SEE NOT NEED TO LEAVE IT ON. THERE IS BUT ONE ISSUE THAT I CAN DEAL WITH EASLY AND THAT IS THE LOCK DOWN WILL NOT CLOSE TIGHT ENOUGH TO BITE ONTO THE TOILET BOWL RIM. AND IT DOES HAVE A BIT OF A WOBBLE FROM SIDE TO SIDE BUT AFTER I GET THE LOCK ISSUE CURED, I'M SURE THAT IT WILL BE JUST PERFECT. IT WOULD BE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO MASS PRODUCE THIS TYPE OF ITEM AND HAVE A PERFECT FIT TO EVERY MANUFACTURER BUT THESE FOLKS CAME MIGHTY CLOSE. THIS IS GONING TO BE PERFECT FOR OUR APPLICATION AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE OR RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS AGAIN.. GARY

Item was very closely described to its actual appearance; however, while it fit snugly front to back, it does not fit quite securely side to side. That being said; when the device is fastened in place it will not easily come off the bowl, which is a good thing. I think it will be fine as we are aware of its tendency to rock side to side arising.

I love it. It was easy to assemble and the height is great. No more struggling to get up. The only problem, which is really not a problem is it is cold when you first sit on it.😂

I am a 6’2”, 350 +lb man. It supports my weight adequately. However at it’s widest setting, it is narrow & restricting. There is a channel in the front for what I have no idea – but there is no place for an adult American man’s penis. Therefore as you attempt to vacate your bowels on this narrow, restricting structure, if you need to urinate at the same time - you urinate all over yourself & the floor, feet & legs. If as you use this device, if you’re accustomed to keeping your pants and drawers around your ankles, you better take them off, otherwise urine will be all over them as well. When I conducted a search online for a supporting structure I was very upfront and direct about my limitations. The vendor, in response to my direct & honest search, responded that their device would meet my needs….. obviously they’re greed for my money outweighed any consideration of honesty. The device does support my way and I can easily get up off the toilet using it. I had to purchase something like this because whoever the architect of this condominium was, they were clueless about how to install a toilet. My toilet in my condominium, is low & too far from any wall or supporting structure. As I just recently purchased Scandinavian eventually I shall be replacing all of the toilets with chair height toilet and I will be installing grab bars everywhere, something the architect apparently was clueless about - but all this takes time while I experience at least one bowel movement a day every day..

The arms were extremely hard to install, they were much too tight. I had to use a mallet that came with some furniture to install them, & keep banging. Once I finally got them installed & tried to move to the tighter setting & for a while I got one moved but not the other. Finally after many minutes I got the 2nd one moved. Thankfully that is a good setting for me but I'm not sure I could move the arms back wider if I had needed.

I had hip replacement surgery yesterday. Discovered that my toilet is too low when I tried to get up from it. It was also hard to sit down that far but getting up seemed impossible. My husband had to help me! It was scary! I ordered the toilet overnight delivery (as well as a reacher grabber). My husband just installed the toilet. It's great! Perfect height! The bars on the sides make it even easier to get up. I'm very happy to have this while I recover from the surgery! Everything is difficult when you're recovering from surgery and this toilet makes one part of recovery a lot easier.
