Roberts Carpet Tools Deluxe Knee Kicker 10-412-2, Silver

First: I'm a carpet rookie. We have a remote cabin where it is hard to get tradespeople to do work, so i decided to install one room of carpet myself. I wanted to give myself every advantage so i bought this kick tool and the carpet knife also. Really worked well! There is no way around the fact that it's tough on the knee! My "one room" really had an attached closed with a double door, so was basically two rooms attached... which i did with one long piece of carpet... turns out it should have counted as 3 simple rooms. My knee took a couple days to be fully recovered. if your knees are not used to doing this every day, you may plan on doing one simple room each day or two (or just tough it out! Fair warning... :-) ) This tool is great, awesome padding and the teeth never slipped on the carpet. I was happy with my decision to get a quality tool!

I love my kicker. It does good on carpet and I recommend getting this for future reference.

Used to install carpet in 4 bedroom. Well built and easy to use. Knee kicker pad was well constructed, adjustment points did not failed me and with stood the knee blows. My knees still hurt the next day after using it all day. But it beat the cost of purchasing a power stretcher. A must for closet areas, hallways, small areas.

this is part of my husband work and it was working fine know it gets jam were know he hurt is knee, is there any warrent for this product

Nice kicker, and looks built well. I am disappointed, as ad states Made in USA, however box says Made in Taiwan. Please update your ad and bring production back to the states. Thanks!

I bought this knee kicker to install a carpeted stairway to my basement. I have no experience with carpet and saw a kicker in a bog box store for about $50 built felt very cheap and looked poorly made. After watching a few how to videos on youtube I saw this kicker being used and found it on amazon. Its very well made, the fit and finish is superb its easy to use and feels very robust, it more then was able to do the job and feels like the kind of tool that you buy once and keep forever.
