Any book read with the intention to gain knowledge benefits the reader. Ibn Sina is this book explains the concept of how the body works through using examples of his time which if compared with the science of today, goes hand in hand. In addition, Ibn Sina gives advice on how to eat, what to eat, how and when to exercise and other gems related to the daily lifestyle. The knowledge is beneficial.

Have been wanting to understand more about movement/exercise practices in Unani Tibb to bring them forward and innovate/modulate. This book was helpful in that process.

Very nice! But a little bit complicated to read
Very very nice book with a lot of healthy recommendations, but it is translated and therefore a little bit hard to understand as a german :-) But very interesting and historical
