Didn’t stop me from getting it though, as I am after benefits and results. I am only on my fourth day so my review is based on that. I am just getting out of advanced adrenal fatigue, I’ve had terrible inflammation and all the symptoms and my endocrine system totally wack. It was from long term stress and trauma, as I am actually a very healthy person minus my bouts of caffeine. I have extreme brain fog, sometimes I don’t know if it’s the AF fog or remnants of aphasia from brain damage from a really bad migraine episode that resurfaces sometimes. Maybe combination. Anyways, between the brain fog and extreme fatigue I have been looking for ways to get feeling closer to normal, dozing off in the middle of conference calls with clients or completely spacing out to who or what I was talking about is not productive to say the least. I got the delivery later in the afternoon and was so excited to take it i took it right away, it was 5pm and I had a hard time falling asleep that night. The next few days I made sure to take it in the morning 😁 I wake up at 4:30am and try to eat by 5:30 after a light workout, meditation, cold shower etc and when I eat is when I have been taking it. I usually drink a Guayaki Yerba Mate around 7 am to make sure I don’t doze off in the next few hours, but the last couple of days I have not felt the need for it. I am still not energized like my old self but my base line right now is pretty bad and pretty low. I can imagine with someone who’s energy baseline is more on the normal, this will be wonderful. As for flavor, well first I’d like to say that reviews should not be based on flavor when item reviewed is not acquired for flavor enjoyment. Those reviews are useless, unless the flavor is indicating a product that is spoiled, rotten or not “real”. NOW for the flavor of this particular powder, I don’t know what people are talking about! Even my teen daughter likes taking it. If you take it plain it may be a bit tasteless or like drinking plain earthy tea powder, but we added ir to some organic almond milk, added a little bit of ginger powder and cinnamon and it’s taste really good! My daughter keeps wanting to make it 2x a day! I think it would taste great in golden milk, but we drink out golden milk at night.
