So this worked great for removing the paint from my cheap door project. And it removed it super quick I would say it lifted the paint up within minutes. However I’m leaving this review to prevent heartache from hardwood floor owners. I would never use this stuff on hardwood floors unless you are planning on sanding them all down and restraining them because if you can see in my photos it left lines where I initially squirted the paint thinner on. If you look closely enough you can see all the squiggly lines before I evened it out with a paint brush. I had it on there maybe 60 seconds before I evened it out so this stuff works very quickly and lifts EVERYTHING up not just paint so be careful. I don’t care because I’m sanding and restaining anyways but if that’s not your plan I would not use this stuff

This is a great product. Works very well! I put just a little on the splatter and I was able to wipe it right up. I used it for sticker residue as well.

Works like a charm. I just had my hardwood floors refinished and got some splatter marks from painting the dining room. Goof off took off the paint and did not harm my newly refinished floors.

The product works, but on my laminated hardwood floors (while waiting the 3 minutes the manufacturer recommended,) the finish started to pull away from the materials underneath -- Had I waited the full three minutes the dried latex would in fact have been easy to remove (it really only took about 2 minutes to start dissolving), but a full 3 minutes would have taken the floor finish out along with the latex paint... Fine on hardwood furniture and real (solid) hardwood floors, but do not use on laminate hardwood.

I almost never write reviews but I had to for this stuff! We took up carpet from old hardwood and discovered the floors were heavily splattered with paint. This product gets to work within seconds, the paint comes right up without even having to scrub really. You could basically wipe it away. It will save us hours of hard scrubbing.

After trying many many things to try to get paint that someone else had splattered on the floor off this is the only product that worked. I tried steel wool,mineral spirits, paint thinner, my nails oh my. You must follow the instructions put a little dab on the paint. Let it sit for a couple minutes and then it comes right off thank you thank you thank you.
