I have a small notebook with only 2 USB ports and it's enough for nothing. With this Usb port I can plug in the mouse, phone charging cable, external drive, keyboard and it transforms it to a professional laptop. This is just what I needed for work. It speeds up my routine and I can do multiple things at the same time. I like that it is also a memory card reader for every type of cards. It was truly worth every penny, doesn't take up a lot of space, just a side pocket in my laptop bag.

It does the job, Surface tablets are great, but the biggest issue is the lack of connection ports. This solves that issue.

So I bought this for my SurfacePro 6 in order to connect to an external monitor via HDMI whilst still being able to utilise om USB ports. In a nutshell - works as expected. Fits well and doesn't wobble about giving a stable connection (unlike the SB hubs I tried that have a cable leading to them). All ports work as expected. Note that there are several versions of this same product from other manufacturers and sellers, all with slightly different product codes. This one has a 100Mbps transfer rate, others have 1000Mbps (I didn;t kno this until I read the user manual with the help of a very powerful magnifying glass). Only downside of the product so far is that the connectors are a little too short, which means you can't use the adaptor if your SurfacePro has a case on it - or (in my case it worked by cutting out part of the case). You will need to take off the case. Could have been avoided by product design by making the connectors a couple of millimeters longer. But so far it seems to work as expected.

Really useful device to add extra ports to the Surface Pro.

Bought this for my work laptop due to the poor connectivity for USB and HDMI. Very easy to use, simple plug and play and you’re away. Gives lots of options. Bought it mainly to plug the HDMI into a projector and it works great. Very pleased with my purchase.

Very good usb hub extension device, but sad it's not case friendly, you must use without case, or buy special case for your surface pro ,fits nice to surface pro 6, performance is good, value for money, colour darker then my laptop, but looks good. Hdmi have good connecting. 3 stars because in advert it was saying case friendly.

This is the second one I have purchased, it works a treat and for the money well worth it. The only downside is the HDMI port is at the top, the cable is heavy and pulls down and so over time it does disconnect. Having said that my last one I had for 2 years and I've bought the same one again after trying another product at £140 and returning that because it was terrible

Dies ist die fehlende Ergänzung zu meinem geliebten Surface nach dem ich lange gesucht hatte. Dadurch lässt sich das Surface Pro plug&play mit den Periferiegeräten verbinden und alles funktioniert hervorragend. Somit kann ich nun mein Surface Pro 4 an meinem 49 Zoll Monitor und der Funktastatur in Sekunden nutzen.

Io ho un vecchio modello di Surface, quello senza le porte USB-C. Questo adattatore e` perfetto per aumentare la quantita` di porte di accesso. Al momento uso il Surface per lavorare, collegato ad uno schermo estermo tramite HDMI e a tastiera e mouse tramite adattatore wireless USB. Questo dispositivo mi permette anche di connettere una webcam e delle cuffie Jabra. Mi trovo benissimo.

Imprescindible para aumentar los puertos de la Surface.

Surface Pro 5を手に入れたので、モニターにHDMI接続するためにこちらのハブを購入しました。 取り付けは簡単で、本体に差し込むだけですぐに使えました。 HDMI接続も問題なく、外部モニターに表示できています。 USBポートやカードリーダーも付いているので、必要なときに使えて便利です。 特に不具合もなく、普通に使えています。
