Fragile items shipped in a plastic bag
The allure of these bars is the gold wrapper ...it stands out magnificently from all others and they look great when gifted. Today, five huge candybars shipped in a plastic bag....ALL OF THEM BROKEN AND WRAPPER RIPPED/OPEN...I don't want to send them back, please refund Thx

Great product, AWFUL PACKING!
I grew up eating Lindt chocolate. I used to get these bars when I was a kid so when I saw one at a somewhat reasonable price I went ahead and bought it. I was quite excited for that moment when you pull the wrapper back and see that huge perfect Swiss chocolate bar. The sender, in their genius, decided to package this EXPENSIVE chocolate bar in a soft bubble wrap envelope. It arrived literally shattered to pieces. Yes, granted, it’s still edible, but I’ll have to lick the crumbs off the wrapper to get anywhere close to eating it all.

Wrong bar sent
Sent wrong item. Ordered the GOLD bar and received the BLUE bar. They are both great tasting chocolates, but the gold bar is better. Ordered previously and received GOLD bar, so I don't know what happened this time. Given the choice I will always choose the gold bar over the blue so I'm just really disappointed.
