Best cat dry food for a fussy senior cat
Best mixer due to high % of meat content which senior cats need - always check if any cat food has real meat in and not cereal/fillers by referring to label/description Our fussy 13yr old cat loves this! He has never got bored of it

Reduced our cats itching within weeks!
We used to use another brand of dry cat food before switching to Scrumbles - however due to a recipe change, we noticed that slowly overtime our cat was itching more and more. We keep up-to-date with flea and worm treatments, and had our cat looked over by the groomer - we visited the vets also to rule out any issues with the skin, after some deliberation we put it down to the change of recipe in our cats old food brand. We were actually recommended Scrumbles by our vet; they advised that it's naturally hypoallergenic due to the selection of natural ingredients used, has a high meat content and they've received good feedback from owners who have switched - after feeding this our cat for several months now, I can safely say I am so relieved we switched to the Scrumbles Salmon for adults and seniors. Out cat is no longer itching; they're full of life and we've noticed a dramatic improvement in his fur - it's soft and shiny, we put this down to the high quality ingredients used in Scrumbles. One of the best quality cat foods available here in the UK at a great value price! Our cat is really fussy and we had no issues when switching to Scrumbles - based on our experience so far using this product, I would highly recommend it for cats with food sensitivities.

Cats like the food and do well on it.
My cats seem to really like this, and they would soon let me know if they didn't! having been raw fed most of their lives and being incredibly fussy by nature that's quite an achievement in our house. It contains rice as a filler, which although technically not grain free is the least worrisome of the fillers in my mind after having gone through more research and ingredients lists than I can remember. Rice is not as bad as the other grains like wheat or corn, or the peas and potatoes that other brands use, I will not buy these. Unfortunately kibbles need something carby added to be able to form the pieces. I had also tried cold pressed dry food as this had no carby fillers, just meat and some herbs they added in for whatever reason then vitamins and minerals, but the cats did not like it and it's very very expensive to have the cats turn their nose up at! 6.99 for 400g plus a delivery fee. So scrumbles is a good compromise and they seem to be doing very well on it and two small meals of untamed wet food per day. My smaller boy has a delicate digestive system and has been fine on this. It is also more budget friendly.

My 11 year old cat loves this, the kibbles are fairly small and easy for her to eat. Seems to be great for her tummy, healthy poos

Seems perfect so far!
I purchased Scrumbles All Natural Dry Cat Food With 75% Chicken and Fresh Salmon alongside one of their wet foods to offer my two cats a little variety in their daily diet. Sylvester is elderly and a little fussy, and Minnie has a very sensitive tummy, so it had to both appeal to them AND be easily digestible. On opening the packet I was pleased to find that it reseals with a Velcro type of seal โ very neat and keeps the food fresh and the smell in; fab!! The smell is quite pleasant, not overpowering like some dry foods can be, and the biscuits themselves are smaller than most brands. I personally find this quite appealing as it makes portion control easier โ my two are fed their dry food in 3 or 4 portions throughout the day, alongside some wet; I cannot leave food out for them to help themselves as little minx Minnie would finish off the lot every time! Despite the small kibble size, I found that both cats chew them โproperlyโ rather than greedily swallowing them whole. As with the Scrumbles wet food, the dry food does not seem to cause any digestive problems even in Minnie; no vomiting, messy poos or bloating - happy cat, happy owner! I had originally only purchased the 750g bag to give it a try and โ as always with the smaller sizes โ found it a little pricey. However, having seen how well it has been received by Her Lord- and Ladyship, I shall immediate place another order for the larger size!

Unfortunately, not for my kitty
I purchased scrumbles gut friendly cat food for my BSH as I didn't trust the usual brands being good enough quality. I found that scrumbles promoted that it was gut friendly and helped with reducing the smell of poop. After a few weeks of solely using scrumbles, I've come to the conclusion that it's not the right food for my fur baby. She seems to nibble at it throughout the day, but never empties the bowl. The biggest thing I've noticed is her poop. It smells just as bad. She's had a vet check and is healthy. She's just not overly keen on scrumbles, unfortunately. I've now tried her on whiskers and she wolfs that down. Here's me wanting high quality food and she's over here eating whiskers. That's cats for you! I've given 3 stars due to it not helping her in a gut friendly way. I can't reduce the star rating any more just because it didn't suit my cats taste buds. I like the size of the biscuits and the ingredients and the brand has lots of positive reviews. It could be great for your cat. Give it a try.

Stumble All Natural Dry Food works for my cat.
We have a fussy cat. She refuses to eat wet foods and prefers fresh meat. We have tried various packets of cats dry foods and failed. I am so glad she likes Scrumble All Natural Dry Food

Pretty decent
Used to be my go to before they changed the meat content

My cats were excited about this new kibble and gobbled up the small tester portion I gave them as a treat after their regular dinner. But the high protein content was a bit strong for one of my cats and caused lose stool. It was so bad, I had to take him (long haired) to the groomer to clean and shave his hygiene area. I later frd him some pumpkin puree that remedies the issue. But now I'm nervous to feed with this brand again. No knock on the product per se. But the formula is too strong in some way for one of my cats. It is also the most expensive brand I've tried. I typically feed the "Instinct" brand. Instinct offers a high protein formula, so I may give that a try since my kitty is used to that formula. I really wanted to love this food, as it seems like a good quality option. I guess like most things, it can't be good for everyone.
