This radio is awesome .. right out of the box awesome all my factory stuff plugged right in even fa tory backup camera I give it a 10 out of 10 . One of the easiest radio changes I have ever done and I have be doing them for well over 20 years I recommend it to everyone that has that year truck

They sent me a used radio, it had major scratches all over it? The labels have been peeled off, and there’s dog hair stuck to it. I was going on a long trip and was excited to install it before I left so I decided I would install it and then exchange it later. However it didn’t work at all. There was a smell of burning electrical which should’ve been my first sign. So I wasted several hours installing and then uninstalling this followed by the run around from Amazon and the manufacturer. And to add insult to injury I was late returning it so they charged me a $350 restocking fee for my efforts. Absolutely infuriating experience I think everyone should avoid this seller unless you hate yourself.

The radio looks great and works great. The USB in my truck (I have a 2014 Chevy Silverado) can not handle the data transfer for the carplay functionality. So I have to plug my phone directly into the USB provided that connects to the back of the radio. This is inconvenient as that USB is behind the radio. The USBs in my truck work they just can only charge devices. I am also having issues with my mic not working. So when on a phone call, I can hear them, but they can not hear me. I am currently working through suggested fixes, but so far none have solved the problem. The directions included are not useful and the directions in the online manual is not much better. I'm finding that many things I buy that need to be installed or put together are going bare minimum on directions. It's like they want us to have to call them. Makes no sense. The radio looks amazing though.

Awesome Product. Does everything I need. Works best with in car WiFi through Onstar/AT&T. Only downside is it takes about 15 seconds to start when turning the car on.

I love my Tesla style radio very stylish great sound quality. Love the screen with everything on it . Only con is you need time to setup all the things this unit is able to do . Thank you inkwells 💯👍🏾

This radio is amazing, however I had several audio shops refusing to install it. I finally called a high end audio shop and they installed it in about an hour and 30 minutes. I highly suggest contacting a good audio shop for this radio because since I had a Bose system they advised me of an additional part that i needed that wasn’t in the box.

This radio is so slow it’s unbelievable. My car play barely works ever the radio freezes constantly my apps never show as they should and the device had several Bluetooths on screen already as if it was already used. I’m highly upset and dissatisfied. Reaches out to customer service they were no help I would never recommend this item ever
