I’m feeling much better!
I’m getting my iron levels retested next week, so I’ll have to update my review. But two years ago when I tested my ferritin was low 20s. Then when I tested earlier this year it was 27 despite taking beef liver every day and eating red meat multiple times a week. I added these in the last several months and will update when I get my results back, but the noticeable differences I’ve seen is I stopped getting sick when I added these in and my energy went way up. So it must be working!

Great relief for menstrual cycle
Had really bad periods and cramps. Insufferable really. I was recommended this product by a friend and ive immediately seen results. You have to take it a week before your periods to build up the iron before your body does the dump and it doesnt stop it from being heavy but the cramps arent unbearable anymore. You have to take no dairy 1 hr before or after. And you have to take it with a source vitamin c preferably to get absorbed better. There are caveats but its helped me a ton

This is the one! No constipation issues
I have tried so many different types of iron supplements and none of them worked for me before this one. I wasn't able to take enough to raise my levels due to them all causing constipation. This one has caused me no issues! I've been taking 2 pills a day for 2 months and my Ferritin Serum/Plasma went from 14ng/ml to 35ng/ml. This product saved me from having to get very pricy iron infusions.

A good supplement. Maybe not for vegan/vegetarians, but very good at what it does.
This supplement is a good iron booster. It seems to have been what I needed. It has performed better than mineral iron compounds, and somewhat better than non-heme organic compounds. I do not have a life threatening issue, but I have to work to keep my iron levels up. This supplement has helped considerably.

Highly recommend!
I started taking these pills when I was pregnant after trying other iron supplements, and they are the only medicine that worked to raise my iron levels! I still take them to help with my energy level and body temperature regulation. I’ve never experienced any sort of upset tummy issues.
