The product does what is advertised but it comes in 2 for a reason and that reason is you will probably break one as the plastic is quite flimsy.

Attaching them to the can at first can be a headache, because the part that attaches to your paint can is flimsy but once it’s on it does hold decently and makes painting an easy task

When I opened the box I saw what one poster warned, the hinge pin was starting to find it's way out, so I put nail glue on it and no more problems. Sure glad I read the reviews and heeded his warning. Pretty good pistol grip with a strong hinge. I would recommend this item.
