Please be aware that this is an extremely high dose of vitamin D. This is only really required by people with a medical vitamin D deficiency. I ordered these thinking the more vitamin D the better, but it appears that 2000% the recommended daily allowance can cause serious - even life-threatening - effects. The recommended dose for people without a clinical vitamin D deficiency is 10-25 micrograms. I gave a three star review because the product doesn't make this information immediately available, but if you need this for medical reasons, the pill size is nice and small and there really are a lot of pills for your money. Just check what your personal vitamin D requirements is before ordering these.

J’ai choisi cette vitamine D3 en 4000 IU pour corriger une carence (je suis souvent, pour ne pas dire tout le temps, en déficit), et c’est clairement un excellent choix. Déjà, le dosage est idéal pour remonter rapidement les niveaux, surtout en période hivernale ou quand on manque d’exposition au soleil. Depuis que j’en prends, je ressens une vraie différence : plus d’énergie, moins de fatigue, et un meilleur équilibre général. Côté sommeil et humeur, c’est aussi un vrai plus : je me sens plus stable, moins “à plat”, surtout dans les périodes où le manque de lumière se fait sentir. Gros avantage : le format 400 comprimés est ultra pratique et économique, ça permet de tenir sur la durée sans avoir à racheter tout le temps. Facile à prendre, aucun effet secondaire de mon côté, et une vraie efficacité sur le long terme.
