The parasol arrived 2 days early which was fine with us and the seller did let us now it would be, which is a nice touch. Keeping the customer in the know is something a lot of sellers don't do. The product is lovely to look at, the poles are sturdy and the fabric feels thick and of quality material. It's easy to put together and a simple press of a button allows the user to slide the parasol open. The tilt mechanism locks into place when in use. The height can be adjusted because when the top pole is inserted into the lower one there is no stop inside, therefore the unit can be lowered to a height to suit the user. The actual lock for the poles is a large diameter knob, which has on the inside of the bottom pole a curved clamp piece that follows the pole's circumference and is better for clamping than the usual bolt which can dig into the metal and cause a dent. Lastly the size of the poles. I ordered a base that you can fill with water, based on the sizes given in the Q & A section. On seeing the poles I realised that they looked thicker than suggested, either that or the specs' have changed recently. Anyway, I got out my trusty micrometer and I can safely say that the top pole is near as damn it 28mm and the bottom pole is 32mm in diameter. Luckily my base will take up to 32mm. I ordered the parasol on Tuesday before cut off time but despite having Prime l didn’t receive it until Thursday evening. I thought the idea of Prime was to get your order quicker than normal. It just fits I the space l want it. The base arrived about 3 hours earlier. Good sturdy base.

It has a good tilting mechanism on the top section. It seems quite sturdy and is water repellent. But this does mean the water will roll off the edge and drip onto water ever is below. Overall quite pleased with purchase for the price.

Looks great gives good shade and very good value

Good quality product. It’s a good weight so isn’t flimsy. The fabric is quite thick and it does create good shade. I would have given it 5 stars but find the the vent at the top is stitched in so tight that it can’t really function.

Lovely umbrella just the right size for our small patio. Well made though because of design it may not last very long???? Only time will tell. I would buy another when it does break as it was such good value.

Liked the parasol very much.Seems to be of good quality but can't try it out as we only have half the order... extension pole missing Waiting response from sellper ...it nay be going back. No response from supplier so going back After long winded procedure this it was posted on August 2nd at cost of £9.75 to myself which needs to be refunded Still no response from seller

Sinceramente mi aspettavo di meglio perché la finitura è buona ma non ottima e, visto il prezzo, si potevano impegnare più. Il tesoro è buono ma le cuciture sono già saltate. In più il tappino in fondo (quello a punta) si è già tolto e l’ho perso sotto sabbia

Solide et étanche. Vous allez rire, mais nous l'avons utilisé pour abriter la mangeoire de nos poules et protéger celles-ci du fort soleil et des intempéries. Nous ne l'avons rentré que lorsque le vent, soufflant trop fort, risquait de l'endommager. Bien qu'ayant pris la pluie nombre de fois, il a conservé sa tenue et sa couleur. Achat fortement recommandé.
